Friday, 26/06 – Train the Trainer, Culture & Meetings
- 9.00 → Arrive at Łazarskie Centrum Sportu
- 09:30 – 12:30 → Train the Trainer first session on Tatami – Adapting Judo Techniques Workshop
- 13.00 – 14.00 → Lunch Lunch will be supplied by local school near the venue at a cost of €7/8 PP
- 14.00 – 15.00 → JIDP Partner Meeting at Venue
- 15:00 – 18:30 → Sightseeing Guided cultural tour arranged by hosts.

Saturday, 27/06 – Train the Trainer and Masterclass
- 09:30 – 12:30 → Train the Trainer second session on Tatami
- Divisioning Workshop – training with athletes with Intellectual disability
- 13.00 – 14.00 → Lunch – Lunch will be supplied by local school near the venue at a cost of €7/8 PP
- 14:30 – 16:30 → Adapted Judo Masterclass delivered by James & Cilia
- 16:30 – 17:30 → Certificate Presentations and Photos
- 19:30 – 21:00 → Group Food and Bowling
Sunday, 28/06 – Departure Day
- Check-out & airport transfers coordinated by hosts
